I provide counseling services to individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges in relationships, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, caring for elderly parents, marital issues, sexual abuse and sexual addiction. What insurances do you take? I am an in network provider for Medical Mutual of Ohio and Front Path. How often should I come to counseling? The frequency of the sessions is determined on an on-going basis. Recommendations are given, but the client makes the decision. Do you provide marriage counseling? Yes. My spouse is not interested in marriage counseling, but I am. May I come alone? Yes, it is not necessary for both spouses to participate. One person can make a difference. Would you work with my child? My teen? My work with children and teens is limited to Splankna therapy. If you are seeking other treatment modalities, I have referral partners I know and trust who have this expertise. Can you prescribe medication? No. Counselors are not licensed to prescribe medications. How long are the sessions? The term “clinical hours” is used to describe the length of time for a session. This generally indicated a 45 to 50 minute time frame, however, in my practice a “clinical hour” is 60 minutes. How do I schedule an appointment?
